At Empowering Parents Network, we support parents and caregivers as they learn, grow, and navigate everyday challenges. We offer workshops designed to give parents practical tools, clear guidance, and a strong sense of support.

Our workshops are available online and in person. While we offer several common topics, our workshops are not limited to a set list. We listen closely to parents and develop workshops based on what families are asking for and what they need most.

Our online workshops make it easy for parents to join from home or anywhere they are. These sessions are interactive and welcoming, with time for questions and shared learning. Topics often include:

  • Supporting Your Child at School — Learning how to speak up for your child and understand school meetings and decisions

  • Parenting with Confidence — Practical ways to handle daily challenges at home

  • Supporting Different Needs — Guidance for parents whose children need extra support

Many of our online workshops are created because parents request them. Your feedback helps shape the topics we offer.

We also offer in-person workshops that allow parents to learn together in a shared space. These workshops focus on connection, conversation, and hands-on learning. Parents who attend can:
